Dr. Avon was a prized member of the Enlightened Order, but because of his increasing mental instability, his experiments began to become more hazardous. The Enlightened Order terminated Dr. Avon’s projects in order to prevent liability to the institution, leaving Dr. Avon without the means to finalize his experiments. Shortly after losing his funding, the Karions commissioned Dr. Avon to create a warrior for the coming uprising. Dr. Avon used the opportunity to complete one of his terminated experiments, and created the K.A.R.A. Dr. Avon’s mental state makes him a man that acts on a whim. It is impossible to predict his actions or loyalties.
